Getting the work organised; Improving visibility, communication and collaboration.

Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP)

The Team Kanban Practitioner course is the best first step for getting the work organised by teams and leaders alike. By understanding the core concepts of the Kanban Method and educating individual contributors to be “good Kanban citizens” you will improve visibility, communication, and collaboration within your team.

Kanban Management Professional (KMP)

This credential is granted upon the completion of two classes. Kanban System Design and Kanban Systems Improvement. KMPs should be able to design a Kanban system and to evolve and scale it beyond the team.

Kanban System Design (KSD)

The Kanban System Design course provides the foundational background of The Kanban Method and then guides the students through the process of understanding their systems so they can design an appropriate Kanban system to meet their needs.

Kanban System Improvement (KSI)

A two day class, teaches how to evolve, improve, and scale a Kanban system. Gain the knowledge necessary for rollout and daily operation of a Kanban system. Learn how to manage, optimise, scale and evolve it over time.
