To become a Registered Scrum Trainer (RST) or Registered Scrum@Scale Trainer (RS@ST), candidates must complete the following steps in accordance with their focus area(s):

Registered Scrum Trainer

Registered Scrum Trainers have a proven track record of educating students in the Scrum framework, patterns of high performance, and enabling practices that yield real, measurable results. They are committed to the Scrum values and have real-world experience improving the performance of teams and organisations.

Registered Scrum@Scale Trainer

Registered Scrum@Scale Trainers concentrate on driving agility at the organisation or enterprise level. Candidates of the Registered Scrum@Scale Trainer program will focus on tackling the “how” in scaling Scrum and addressing the unique challenges that arise at scaling Scrum across the cross-team and organisational level.
